All About our Yearly Reunion Extravaganza

From the dawn of time we came, moving silently down through the centuries. Living many secret lives, struggling to reach the time of the Gathering, when the few who remain will battle to the last. No one has ever known we were among you.....until now.
These reunions are like The Gathering - we just KNOW when to show up!

Our Next Reunion:
The 2010 Alumni Game is being planning as you read this. We have a date, an agenda and a field. Er, you wanna know what they are, huh? K, here ya go:
 Our 6th Annual Reunion will be held on April 23rd & 24th, 2010.
It is a weekend event; schmoozing Friday night, game Saturday morning and party immediately following the game. ALL alumni, current UConn Ultimate players, family, friends, friends-with-benefits, signficant others and anyone that feels they were influenced by UConn Ultimate are always welcome at our Reunions.

Our Yahoo Group (you can RSVP there) and Blog will also have this information and maybe a bit more.
Directions and contact info for the Friday party will be on the Yahoo group only. You can also email Becky.
So clear your schedule for the weekend, because we own you now. And with this much advance notice if you try some lame excuse like, "oh, it's my mother's birthday" or "I'm getting married that weekend" or "my wife went into labor that day" we are NOT buying it. So put that in your pipe and smoke it.
About Our Reunions:
The reunion is not to be missed. Not only is everyone there, but it's a family event, with kids from babies to teenagers.
We use and abuse a whole weekend and it's darn good. There's a party Friday night, with tons of food, drink and swimming. Then we play the Reunion game Saturday, usually around 12 noon. Then we're off to party with a lot of pizza, beer and story telling. And then there's folf and golf, typically Sunday morning.
So clear your calendar and get yourself to one of your favorite parties of the year! Even if you can't RSVP (but it helps if you RSVP) we expect to see you there.

About the Game:
Our 5th Annual Reunion Game will be on April 24th, 2009. All alumni and current UConn players are always invited. This is a family event. Everyone from babies to grandparents are encouraged to come and cheer us on.
NO ALCOHOL. NO ALCOHOL. NO ALCOHOL at the field! Or we will lose the field for next year.
Date: April 24th, 2010
Time: 12 pm
Location: The game will be held at Mansfield Middle School. Same as previous years.
Address is 205 Spring Hill Road, Storrs, CT, 06268
Directions: Go approximately one mile south from UConn campus on Route 195, take right onto Spring Hill Road, go to end of road and take left at stop sign, Middle School will be immediately on your left.
Finding the field at the school (you can NOT see the field from the parking lot). When you drive into the school parking lot, take the left fork (yep, it will look like the wrong way). Park in lot on left side of the building. There is a vague path up the hill next to the parking lot. Walk up the hill on the left side of the building. At the top of the hill, head to your right. We're at the end. We are not playing on the lower fields on the right side of the building.
